GDPR The General Data Protection Regulation implemented on 25 May 2018 requires all organisations that hold personal data relating to their members to ensure that all existing members have had ample opportunity to see the organisation’s Privacy Notice by 25 May 2018 and that all new and aspiring members see it. Wessex Winter Caravanners (WWC) can be contacted via their website. WWC has a legitimate interest in using the personal data you give us when you join WWC for the purpose of communicating with you on matters relating to WWC.

Your personal data will not be transferred to any other person or organisation, and will be deleted from WWC records one year after your membership of WWC has ceased.  You have the right to request from WWC access to, and rectification of, your personal data.  If you feel that your personal data has been misused you have the right to complain to the Information Commissioners Office.
