We are almost at the end of another season.

One of our absolute favorites was August on the Thames. Fishing, paddleboarding, canoeing, and cream teas were enjoyed by all ages. Plenty of walks too, and as many blackberries as you could pick. If sloe gin is your tipple there were masses to be picked.

Last month we were on the edge of the Oxfordshire village of Watlington. Plenty of walking and running on the ridgeway. A lovely butchery and specialist cheese shop in the village too.

Though the weather was mixed, we sat outside and enjoyed had a celebration with cake and champagne. Our Chairman was celebrating 1,000 nights in his current caravan!

Two further rallies this year. First Coombe Bissett, a field site with lovely views and a great village pub. and Lytchett Minster, a park with full amenities and easy access to Poole, Wareham and Swanage.

We also enjoyed a holiday rally near Herne Bay, Kent.

We survived the gales of winter to be toasted in June!

Easter near Weymouth was very popular. Good weather. A super site with excellent facilities. Lovely walks, sea views and a bar/restaurant/takeaway. What more could you ask for?

Alderholt, Lymington , Banbury, Newbury and Hayling Island have also been on the agenda. The weather has been very kind to us on all occasions. Good dry fields a little wind at times and lots of sunshine. In fact we were toasted to a crisp on one site!

We have an absolute favorite coming up on the Thames. Fishing, paddleboarding, canoeing, or cream teas all available and a pub within walking distance!

Three further rallies this year. Watlington, Coombe Bissett and Lytchett Minster, and a holiday in Kent.
